4.) Pranayama | Breath Control
Restraint & expansion of breath
Develop energetic awareness of self
5.) Pratyahara | Draw Awareness Inward
Allows us to objectively observe cravings and the habits that interfere with inner growth
6.) Dharana | Fixed Concentration
Slow down the thinking process by concentrating on a single mental object
7.) Dyhana | Meditation/Contemplation
The uninterrupted flow of concentration.
A state of being keenly aware without focus
8.) Samadhi | Absorption/Peace
Individual awareness dissolves
