Negotiator

Overseeing and managing all aspects of the enrollment or acquisition process from start to finish. Identifying potential acquisition targets and negotiating acquisition deals. Leading due diligence efforts to assess the financial and operational viability of potential targets.

Leads Manager

The Lead Manager is a role generally meant to employ several methods and strategies to increase and maintain profit, efficiency, customer engagement, and brand loyalty. The Manager is tasked with systemizing marketing and advertising efforts and increasing revenue and sales. This role eliminates rude people and sends the acquisition to the negotiator to close.

Personal Relations

The PR position is for someone responsible for all of the communication and documentation involved in press. This includes administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, Instagram, personal relations (including vendors, clients, and press), preparing contracts, and collecting deposits.

Follow Up Specialist

This type of specialist acts as an intermediary between the teachers, students, and clients. They assist in at-home sets, determining write-offs, and onboarding new students.
